David did a thorough and well documented inspection of a house I purchased in Armadale with fast response and great customer service . Dave is excellent at his job and is very easy to communicate with. He is also a registered builder which automatically puts him above the pack as some contracts in WA have this requirement for B&P inspectors in the fine print. He is very thorough, went above and beyond, providing invaluable feedback about the properties that were inspected.
